Although all our tools, content, and colors have changed to reflect our new brand, things will still run smoothly. Our team and sales representatives are here to help.

From the very beginning, we have been serving the firefighter and first responder community, so we wanted a name that would best represent our commitment to these heroes of the past 30 years. Our new name is rooted in the Greek Mythology.  Paladius means to have the qualities of the patron of heroes, Pallas Athena. As such, we provide heroes with the necessary tools to fulfill their missions. From quality gear and tools, vehicles, knowledge, and strategy to guide them every step of the way.

We changed our growth objectives, name, logo, colors, symbols, and imagery to be more inclusive of all genders and types of first responders. These heroes are the face of our company. We are adopting a more First Responder focused approach.

You will need to update your Industrial Fire Products Corp. records to Paladius. We ask all our business partners to make this change in their records and use only the new company name, Paladius for all future communications.

Even though our brand has changed, it is still business as usual! Our email contact information has changed a bit. You can still write to our past emails, but we encourage you to update our information to the emial address below:

Yes, there are no disruptions to our services and commitments to you. You will still receive orders in the usual timeframe. However, please contact your sales representative should you have any questions.

Order deliveries will be scheduled within 24-48 hours of receiving your merchandise. At Paladius, we value your time, therefor our sales representative will coordinate order pick-ups by appointment, to ensure your item is ready and waiting. 

Even though our name has changed, our payment details are the same! Industrial Fire Products Corp. is now d.b.a. as Paladius. Please contact our accounting department should you have any questions.
